Single class- $15, any 4 sessions for $50
YOU
will be guided through movement, drawings and vocal improvisations. We will map out our body's sensations and breathing habits. We move to inhabit the range of qualities present in our anatomy and tissues, and make choices to follow our expression and still our mind.
Participants will be invited to interact and share parts of their process with others during the session. All activities can be done at whatever capacity, full bodied, on the ground, sitting, and everything in between.
