Nutritious Contact Bodywork
-Nutritious Contact- is in-person bodywork sessions with Marion Ramirez. It will include guided movement explorations, Somatic Movement Therapy's bodywork and Craneosacral Fascia Therapy to unwind tension, promote awareness and activate flow in the body's energy.
Once you make your appointment I will send you an intake form, and we will agree on location and safety measures for comfort.
Sessions are 1 hour to 1.5 hour— choose from the times below or send us an email with your time request HERE
Mornings- Thursdays and Fridays between 9:30-12:30pm
Evenings- Saturdays 6pm-8pm
