About the class-
Self care, contemplative and creative practice. In these somatic movement sessions you will be guided through movement, drawing and storytelling improvisations. You will be invited to map out your body's sensations and breathing habits and inhabit the range of expression present in your anatomy and tissues.
Participants will be invited to interact and share parts of their process with others during the session. All activities can be done at whatever capacity, full-bodied, on the ground, sitting, and everything in between. We offer online classes too if it is hard to make it in person. HERE

EN RITMO- Salsa Dance
7pm-7:30pm Salsa for Teenagers (ages 12-17)
7:30pm-8:30pm- Salsa for adults, come on your own or with a friend or partner.
Come before or after dinner… to shake off the week and receive the summer, it will be a beginner’s class to become familiar with the salsa, merengue and reggaeton rhythms. We will dance solo, in partnerships and groups. We will learn basic steps, improvise to the music, and practice leading and following.

At The United Church of Granville, Annex Building- 119 West Broadway, Granville, Ohio
Single class- $10 for teens per class, $15 for adults per class or $25 for partnerships, $30 for both teenage class and adult class.
